The results are the same.
The light is gone, and they are just meat now.

Mary returns to the stage, following the length of the chain that binds her wings. She climbs into the spotlight, and she hates that she is standing here. She picks up her guitar, missing the Heaven she used to know. She plays music because she has to and she screams because that’s all she has left.
